2023 NAPA 401(k) Summit Presence: Design Direction, Project Management, Social Media, Email, Onsite Activation

The NAPA 401(k) Summit is the premier yearly conference for over 2,000 retirement plan professionals. FuturePlan by Ascensus attended the 2023 summit in San Diego, CA as an exhibitor. I collaborated with my team on the design, giveaways, and marketing collateral used for the booth. I also attended in person to help manage the booth. In addition, we created pre and post-event email and social campaigns to engage conference attendees in advance and nurture leads following the event.
